Change of mind policy
At Fella Hamilton we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind time frames apply:
- In-store: 21 days from date of purchase.
- Online and Mail Order (Australia/New Zealand): 21 days from order placement.
- Online (International): 45 days from order placement.
Subject to Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above time frames can be returned for exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise
- Merchandise is in saleable condition
- The merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused and with all the tags intact.
- If any discounts were received at the time of purchase, refunds will be the purchase price of the item, which would include any discounts given.
Exceptions to our change of mind policy
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and hand sanitisers are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind
Consumer guarantees
Our change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Online cancellations and order amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.
Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change to delivery address
- Change of colours and sizes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement, prior to proceeding to the checkout.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items
When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Fella Hamilton will refund your return postage cost upon presentation of receipt. Return tender
Refunds for all purchases In-store, Online and Mail Order will be given using your original payment method. EFTPOS/Credit card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the purchase). Cash refunds will be refunded at the discretion of the staff member, Cash, Credit card or credit note issued.
In-Store Returns
Returning your purchase
- Online and Mail Order Purchases: Returns can be posted to Fella Hamilton 306-308 Chesterville Road Moorabbin, Vic, 3189. Or any Fella Hamilton store (excluding Clearance outlet)
- In-store purchases: Returns can only be returned in-store (Fella Hamilton online cannot process returns or exchanges for items that have been purchased in-store)
- Clearance items purchased in the Clearance Outlet can only be returned to the clearance store.
Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase. In case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
How to return or exchange an item at a Store
- Simply show your online receipt and credit card used for your purchase at any Fella Hamilton store within 30 days of the purchase.
- International orders cannot be returned at Fella Hamilton stores.
- If exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting.
Return by Post
By Post for Online and Mail order customers - within Australia.
- Complete the Returns and Exchanges form which came with your parcel or click here to print a copy, fill in the item information and reason for return.
- Create a return with Australia Post via our Fella Hamilton Portal:
https://return.auspost.com.au/FELLA_HAMILTON_CUSTOMER_RETURNS
- Fill in your return details, use the Purchase number which is located under the barcode at the top of your receipt (this number will start with P) as the order number. Include your reason for returning.
- Payment of $8.95 using a credit card
- Print label
- Package your item for return, reuse the post bag by turning inside out and attaching the postage label to the outside.
- Include your receipt as proof of purchase.
- Drop off parcel to local post office or red post box.
By Post for Online and Mail order customers without access to the internet.
- Complete the Returns and Exchanges form which came with your parcel or click here to print a copy, fill in the item information and reason for return
- Include your receipt as proof of purchase
- Purchase a red post bag from your local post office and return item with packing slip.

International returns
- International orders which have had GST removed from the purchase price cannot be returned to Fella Hamilton stores.
