We aim to despatch all phone and online orders within 3-8 business days from order date. Despatch timeframe will depend on the availability of the items ordered, pre-order or sale items may take longer. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 3.00pm AEST (excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside of these times will start being processed the following business day. Once your order has been despatched the delivery timeframe of 2-7 business days may vary due to your location or the postage method you have selected at the time of check out. At Fella Hamilton we make every effort to despatch your order within the expected despatch/delivery timeframes, however unforeseen delays may occur occasionally, particularly during sale periods. If you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive from separate locations as a split order. In this case, you will only incur one shipping cost or if free shipping is applicable for your transaction this will still apply. In the case of split orders, we will keep you informed on your despatch email. Please note: not all items are available for immediate delivery. If you require delivery by a particular date, please contact our customer service team via email or by phone on our Toll free number 1800 800 866 during business hours 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday AEST.
Items on pre-orders may take longer than the normal expected delivery and can take in some cases several weeks. If you have ordered available items along with an item that is on pre-order, depending on the expected delivery of the pre-ordered item, you may receive two separate deliveries with no additional postage charges. One of our customer service team may contact you to discuss your options.
Once your order has been despatched from Fella Hamilton and received by Australia Post, you will receive an email or text message (depending on the information you provided us when entering your online order) from Australia Post with your parcel tracking number and a link at track your parcel on the Australia Post website. With this information you can access the status of your delivery.
At the time of placing your online order you can type delivery instructions if you would like your parcel to left in a safe nominated place at your delivery address e.g. Leave at front door. Australia Post will follow the delivery instructions unless they feel there is no safe place to leave your parcel, in this case the driver will return the parcel to a post office. By requesting your parcel be left without a signature, Fella Hamilton cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of your authority to leave.
If you are not available at the time of your delivery and have opted for the parcel to be signed for, the driver will take your parcel to the nearest post office, the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. You will also be notified by email or text of the attempted delivery and the location of your parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection. To collect your parcel from the nominated Australia Post Office, you will need to take the delivery card and a form of photo identification to collect your parcel. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Australia Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within the 10 business days timeframe it will be returned to the sender (Fella Hamilton).
