Keep the tape measure firm and level, but not tight, you should be able to place one finger under the tape. If possible, ask someone to measure you.

Versatile skirt
I bought this skirt online and am very pleased with it. The fabric is light but will be warm in winter. The colours of beige and navy make ie easy to dress up or down.I like the cut as it flares a little without being bulky.
